20-Hour Service

Perform 20 hour maintenance in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Services include:

• Replace engine oil.
• Replace oil filter.
• Drain, inspect, and replace gear oil.
• Inspect, clean/replace spark plugs.
• Replace fuel/water separator filter.
• Replace engine fuel filters as necessary.
• Grease engine fittings.
• Inspect/grease propeller.
• Perform multi-point inspection.
• Inspect fuel lines, check for fuel leaks.
• Inspect power trim and tilt system, check for leaks.
• Inspect shift link & cables, adjust as necessary.
• Inspect throttle link & cables, adjust as necessary.
• Inspect cooling system.
• Inspect main switch/stop switch function.
• Inspect engine electrical system.
• Inspect gauges for proper function.
