Winterization - Outboards

• Add fuel stabilizer to the fuel system.
• Run the engine on fresh water to flush out salt deposits. 
• Change engine oil (four-stroke).
• Remove and replace oil filter (four-stroke). 
• Fog the engine with oil to prevent corrosion. 
• Drain & inspect the lower unit, refill with fresh gearlube.
• Grease the engine.
• Change the spark plugs. 
• Change the fuel filters. 
• Remove and replace anodes. 
• Remove propeller.
• Inspect and grease prop shaft. 
• Reinstall propeller - recondition if required. 
• Spray the engine with anti-corrosion spray.
