3-Year / 300 hr. Service

Perform 3-year / 300 hour service in accordance with all manufacturer's specifications.

• Remove and replace engine fuel filters. 
• Drain, inspect, and replace gearcase lube.
• Remove, inspect, index, and install new spark plugs. 
• Remove and replace thermostats and gaskets. 
• Inspect and replace anodes as necessary. 
• Remove propeller, inspect and lubricate propeller shaft, reinstall propeller. 
• Remove and disassemble lower unit. 
• Remove and replace the water pump. 
• Clean and service shift rod and housing. 
• Reassemble and reinstall lower unit. 
• Grease all engine fittings. 
• Perform multi-point inspection on motor. 
• Inspect electrical and ignition wires.
• Inspect fuel and oil system components and repair any leaks.
• Inspect engine for any loosened components, tighten if necessary. 
• Inspect power trim/tilt system and fluid level.
• Inspect and lubricate starter pinion shaft. 
• Inspect and lubricate steering system. 
• Inspect throttle and shift cables. 
• Spray and lubricate engine. 
• Perform computer diagnostics on engine. 
• Check for any fault codes or software updates - update software if required. 
• Save engine history report.
