Yamaha Marine Service Pro Elite

We are proud to announce we were recently named a Yamaha Marine Service Pro Elite Dealer! This achievement places us in the top 3% of all dealers nationally and only one of two dealerships on Long Island that has this prestigious dealer rating. We are very proud and grateful for our team for their hard work and accomplishments!

In order to achieve this accomplishment, we must: maintain a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Score of 90% or higher, have a Yamaha dealer service rating of 4 (out of 5) or higher, maintain all training compliance, have Advanced Technicians, complete all Service Manager modules, complete all Service Advisor modules, meet parts programs requirements, meet Yamalube requirements, have the latest diagnostic software and tools, exceed thresholds in the Maintenance Tracking program, plus many other requirements.

We are proud to be one of only 99 dealers in the entire country to achieve this status!
